Excellent hotel conveniently located near the OSU campus. The property is modern and very well maintained, with an outstanding Club Lounge and a good gym. The staff is warm and attentive, with special recognition to Kendall at the front desk; she goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome and ensures every request is handled promptly and diligently.
Great Stay Near OSU with Excellent Service This is a great hotel in a prime location near Ohio State University. From the moment I arrived to the time I checked out, the team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a spacious corner room with M Club lounge access—definitely a nice touch! The M Club lounge was great for breakfast and light snacks throughout the day, with sodas and water available, but note that there are no evening offerings from Friday to Sunday, which was a bit disappointing. The hotel features a large, well-equipped gym and has plenty of free parking. I also appreciated the added peace of mind with overnight security. Just a heads-up: the hotel shares the building with another Marriott brand, and it can get a bit loud—especially with OSU fans and families during busy weekends. I did encounter a couple of minor cleaning issues, but the front desk team was very apologetic and handled it graciously by offering points for the inconvenience. All in all, I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Columbus!

Fantastic hotel, the food at the restaurant is very good. Everything you expect and love from a Marriott. The staff are very friendly and it's not a bad walk back from the stadium.
We spent three nights at the Marriott Columbus OSU hotel and left very impressed. The service, from check-in to check-out, is exceptional. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. And the fitness room offers a lot. I would especially like to praise Angela in the M Lounge. We saw her go above and beyond with a guest who needed extra help getting breakfast and then she also went out of her way to help us the next morning, Very efficient, warm and thoughtful. The Marriott is very lucky to have her.
Front desk lady was so nice and helpful. Location is close to OSU which I didn't know until we were headed there. Nice size suite. BED WAS AMAZING checkout needed to be late late in the day. Just wanted to enjoy that comfort. Will definitely book again. Hated the drive to get food (Longhorn and back) maybe because we were already tired but we still enjoyed the room.
Love the hotel, but gave a 4 star because I think the signs should be improved throughout the hotel, we got so lost when we tried finding the lobby from the 4th floor, we asked if they could change the room to a closer location to the lobby, other than that it was great!!! Went a concert down the street.
